Future EventsAssociates Weekends in 2011 (dates for your diaries)The winter and summer weekends planned for 2011 have a common theme. Both are at places served by ‘regular’ clergy - the first by Dominican Friars- the second by Benedictine monks. January 2011 For January 14-16 we will based at the Dominican Holy Cross Priory in the middle of Leicester. To our usual programme we hope to add participation in the life of the local Catholic Parish culminating in singing at the Solemn Mass on the Sunday, and the opportunity to celebrate our Anglican Eucharist in a local parish church. Access is easy and both the church and accommodation are near the railway and bus stations. We will offer an inclusive residential package and alternative ‘budget’ options. Full details will follow once arrangements are finalised. September 2011The Benedictine Community at Douai, near Newbury in Berkshire, has invited us for the weekend of September 16-18. We hope to make this weekend one to attract more younger people. Further details in due course.
